Justin has pioneered a new department for Nike, rebuilt one for R/GA and led one for Riot Games. He has been guiding cross-discipline teams globally across Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Malaysia and Buenos Aires: one of the many reasons he speaks eight languages, and mixes up time zones.

He most recently served as Global Group Creative Director for VALORANT at Riot Games in Los Angeles, where he was instrumental in shaping the billion-dollar franchise’s global creative direction. During his tenure, Justin has successfully unified VALORANT’s fragmented ecosystem into one cohesive brand for players.
