Justin has pioneered a new department for Nike, rebuilt one for R/GA and led one for Riot Games. He has been guiding cross-discipline teams globally across Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Malaysia and Buenos Aires: one of the many reason he can come to speak 8 languages.
His journey taught him how to unite teams with polarizing perspectives through a sharp brand vision. It also sparked a lifelong drive to understand what moves people, and how to uncover creativity that brings people together.
For the past few years, Justin has been serving as the Global Group Creative Director for VALORANT at Riot Games. His focus is to shape campaigns that builds IP and deepens fandom across PC, Console and mobile.
