Justin has pioneered a department for Nike, rebuilt one for R/GA and led one for Riot Games. He has been guiding creative teams globally across timezones in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore, New York and Buenos Aires. That’s one of the reason he can come to speak 8 languages.

At the heart of his approach, is helping teams to create work that shapes culture. He has spearheaded Nike campaigns for most of his career, launched Airbnb into China and helped Google win in a market it is banned in.

Many of his work has been featured by publishings across the world, including Hypebeast, Vogue and Forbes, while winning awards like One Shows, Clios and Effie along the way. In 2019, he is named LinkedIn’s China Occupational Expert for Creative Industry.
