Justin has pioneered a new department for Nike, rebuilt one for R/GA and led one for Riot Games. He has been guiding cross-discipline teams globally across Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Malaysia and Buenos Aires: one of the many reason he can come to speak 8 languages.

His work has always lived at the intersection of culture and code: From grounding Google and Airbnb into local icons to reimagining Nike as an innovative ecosystem, and most recently, scaled a niche genre into a global IP powerhouse for VALORANT. Justin believes technology only succeeds when it feels deeply human and personal.

Justin has been serving as the Global Group Creative Director for VALORANT at Riot Games, where he leads across VALORANT’s four global pillars: Game, Esports, Culture and Community, bringing them together into a unified brand for players around the world.
